A fantastic place to check out - very interesting shops in a great ambiance. If you go, try out Pizza Bianco or Pane Bianco. As this is a selection of shops, I could not really generalize service and value, but the vibe is great. 2 hour free parking in their major parking lot. Would I do a 30-minute detour just to shop or at least window-shop here (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars)? I certainly would.

Lots of food vendors, meats and vegan. Go early, gets packed the later you go. Had some great desserts here. Free parking for 2 hours. Lots of seating.

Very exciting retail spaces being occupied by creative upscale merchants. When I visited, the roughly 100 available retail spaces we're about 25% occupied so far, with several spots sporting what's coming signs. I saw a bike shop with designer bikes and accessories, a children's shop with gorgeous clothing from one designer who was in the shop. A large multi-story free parking structure is part of the complex.

I finally got a chance to visit during Smorgasburg, and I wish I had gone sooner. Somewhat difficult to find, ROW is tucked back where the old American Apparel warehouses are. Part of its concealment is due to the huge parking structure that offers 2 hours free parking -- a nice touch. The adaptive reuse of the area is tastefully done and offers the perfect setting for something like Smorgasburg. Go on Sunday between noon and 4 to enjoy a cheap weekend activity.

The ROW is great. Love Gladys Tamez’ hat shop, The Scent Bar, all the restaurants are excellent as is the coffee along with a bunch of other interesting shopping. Gated, secure, clean with plenty of parking. Best place to hang out and shop in DTLA. Highly recommended.

Great dining! Unique and sublime shops! A cute tree lined fun stroll. Parking in the structure is validated by some businesses. We visited Flask and Field for a free mezcal tasting which was amazing. The Rappahanock restaurant was amazing too! The shops are nice and exclusive. Great place for a date!

ROW DTLA is a landmark in downtown Los Angeles, transformed from the old American Apparel factory into a modern shopping and lifestyle destination while preserving its antique industrial charm. It’s a popular spot where you’ll often see people taking Instagram photos. There aren’t too many restaurants, but you can find boutique clothing and specialty shops, along with some very nice modern coffee spots. Parking is convenient with 2 hours free, making it easy to stop by and explore. A unique place to experience both LA’s history and its modern creative culture.
